Jeff lives in the small post-industrial town, once he finds an old bowler hat in an antique shop.The hat once belonged to an extravagant gentleman, a keeper of thel town’s true history. Thanks to the hat, Jeff sees phantoms from the town’s glorious past. These visions help the young men rediscover the roots and to reveal his own personality.
