We work hard for Glimz.net to work faultlessly on all normal computers, and with most (Swedish) broadband providers. If you still encounter any problems, please feel free to try solving them using the following steps.
1. Redo the computer test
The first time you click to watch a film on Glimz.net, a test of your computer is performed.
If you have changed any settings, changed connection or experience problems, you can redo the same basic test here:

2. Check that you have the right Media Player installed
You need a program which can play film in the "Windows Media"-format, version 8 or above.

3. Check that your browser accepts JavaScript
In Internet Explorer 6, follow these steps:
Tools (menu) -> Internet options -> Security -> Internet -> Standardnivå

4. Check that your browser accepts Cookies
In Internet Explorer 6, follow these steps:
Tools -> Internet options -> Privacy -> Settings -> Medium
5. Check that "pop-up" windows are allowed
Some browsers can stop "pop-up" windows from appearing. If you use such function, you have to disable it to watch film using the SpaceCoin payment system.
6. Try with another browser
Glimz.net is optimised for the "Internet Explorer" browser. If you are using another browser, your problems may solve if you try using Internet Explorer instead.
7. Try with another computer
If you have access to more than one computer, try using another computer.
Glimz.net works best with Windows XP, Windows 2000 and Internet
Explorer 6.
8. Upgrade your broadband
